7-day refund window
You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase if you have not started or submitted any mock test attempt for that module purchase.
Not eligible for refund
- Any mock test in the purchased module has been attempted or submitted
- The 7-day window from the date of payment has passed
- Access was obtained through a promotion, gift, or third party (unless stated otherwise)
- Repeated or abusive refund requests
How to request a refund
- Email contact@studynism.com from the email used for your account.
- Include your registered email, module name, and payment date or Razorpay order ID.
- We will verify eligibility and respond within 5–7 business days.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay. Depending on your bank or wallet, funds may take 5–10 business days to appear. Module access is revoked once a refund is issued.
Partial use and renewals
Renewals and repeat purchases for the same module follow the same rules: refunds apply only within 7 days and only if no mock test attempts were used in that access period.
